Printing Directly to the Copier From Your Desktop
Here's how to order the pages in Pages. You can get to this view of the document by clicking the "View" icon in the upper left corner of the Pages document window.
Here's how to set the print dialog window - note I created a present called "Graduation Program".
Turn on Duplex printing by checking the "Two-Sided box. Then Set "Pages per Sheet" to two (2). Finally make sure you are duplexing on the "short-edge".

Make sure you are pulling paper from Tray 2. Unfortunately you can't get the copier to fold the paper.
In "Printer Features" - make sure you are printing in color.
You can save your settings by clicking the drop-down arrow at the right edge of the "Presets" field and selecting "Save as new preset".
One more interesting twist I just remembered. You can save the print job so that you don't have to keep sending it over and over to the copier. This is different than sending it to the Document Server (below).
In the "Job Log" window, just set "Job Type" to "Stored Print.

ONE MORE ISSUE we discovered and this is important when printing to thicker paper. You need to make sure the print job selects the same paper thickness that's set on the copier. That can be found in "Printer Features" - "Paper Type". The way to set the paper thickness is on instructions taped to the wall by the copy machine.
Printing to the Document Server
The only setting that needs to be changed is in the Job Log window. Set the "Job Type" to "Document Server".
When you get to the Copier, from the Console, after you select your document and press the "Go to Printing Screen"...
Make sure Tray 2 is loaded with letter sized stock and select it. Set the buttons as shown below.
Once again, there is no way for the copier to fold the paper.
